Meet Your Coach

Michael Griffin "Griff" – Brisbane-based running and fitness coach specialising in ultra-endurance and women's health.

I like pushing my body to new levels every day and seeing how far it can go, and I hope I can inspire others to do the same. I like to show people that they're capable of more than they give themselves credit for and that it doesn't have to be difficult to live a healthier life.

My coaching philosophy is to gather as much information from great coaches before me as I can, as well as reading the latest research into strength and nutrition management, and then blending it into straightforward training that integrates into your life.

  • Winner: BUTTER 24 Hour Ultramarathon 2023, 2024, 2025
  • Finisher: Ultraman Noosa, Ultra355, Ironman Triathlons
  • Winner Age-Group: Spartan Ultra Beast 2020
  • 2nd Place BVRT Miler 2019
  • 139.2km at 2018 OCRWC 24hr Enduro
